If my dog won't run?
We charge the full session at booking to reserve your slot. If your dog has an off‑day and refuses to run despite calm encouragement, we issue a credit toward your next session for 50% of the full session. Credits must be used within 30 days.

What the owner hears
- Their dog isn’t failing.
- Dogs have off-days and that’s okay.
- They’re not punished with a full charge — they receive a credit.
- The appointment still provides value.
Reschedule & cancellation rules
- < 8 hours: 0% refund (reschedule charge: 100%)
- 8–24 hours: 50% refund (reschedule charge: 50%)
- 24–48 hours: 75% refund (reschedule charge: 25%)
- > 48 hours: 100% refund (reschedule charge: 0%)
Credit policy: credits are applied automatically to your next session via Stripe and expire in 30 days if unused.
